Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Electrical malfunctions or failures resulting from manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Installation services or any installation-related costs.
• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Incorrect installation or any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product.
• Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, tampering, or external causes beyond normal product use.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, you must first provide the requested information and, if required, return the product to X7SHIELD for inspection and evaluation.

If the product is determined to be covered under this warranty, X7SHIELD will, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the defective product with a new product; or
• Provide an equivalent replacement product of the same or comparable model.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If the issue is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, X7SHIELD will cover the applicable shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.

If the claim is determined not to be covered under this warranty, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and related costs.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to eligible products purchased through X7SHIELD or its authorized sales channels.

X7SHIELD reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not meet the terms and conditions outlined in this Warranty Policy.
