Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before production, sourcing, or order fulfillment has begun.

Once production has started, the product has been sourced or ordered from a supplier, or any costs have been incurred to fulfill the order, the order can no longer be canceled and is not eligible for a full or partial refund.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The product has not been used or installed.
• The product is unopened and remains in its original condition.
• The product is returned in its original packaging without damage.
• The product is in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.
• Products specially sourced, ordered, or manufactured at the customer's request.
• Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Products with opened packaging, removed labels, or altered components.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by X7SHIELD, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons or due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related fees.

Exchanges

X7SHIELD does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to return an eligible product, you may submit a return request in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved as meeting the conditions of this policy, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible, or by bank transfer where applicable.

Please allow several business days for the refund to be completed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Policy Enforcement

X7SHIELD reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
